The system can handle pods sizes including 109mm, 98mm, 84mm and 70mm. The company also said custom sizes are available. Empty cones are inserted into the pods, cones are seated using the pushing tool, the pods are filled with ground product and then pods are inserted into the Hummingbird centrifuge. From there pods are transferred to the Clos-Er, which automatically cuts, flattens and twists the final products. The machine has a production capacity of 600 pre-rolls per hour from 0.25g to 1g.
