Dutchie today announced the launch of Dutchie 2.0, an update designed to help dispensaries thrive with a focus on personalization, efficiency, and data-driven decision making.
“Dutchie 2.0 goes beyond compliance to elevate the customer experience, drive revenue growth, and optimize operations,” said Dutchie CEO Tim Barash in a statement. "We understand the challenges of today's market and believe our platform will be instrumental in helping our customers get the most out of key parts of their businesses.”
Dutchie 2.0 will rely on machine learning to understand customer preferences, enabling dispensaries to tailor online and in-store experiences to each individual. Operators can now offer curated product recommendations and targeted promotions. The updated platform will also now offer advanced SEO optimizations and easier custom branding designed to drive traffic and enhance search engine visibility.
Dutchie 2.0 is introducing a new reporting suite that provides interactive sales, inventory, labor, and customer insights. Operators can see how their stores are performing across markets and then drill down into specific brand sell thru rates in just a few clicks. Integrated marketing and loyalty tools should make it easier to launch targeted campaigns by using segmentation tools, automating personalized communications, and creating loyalty programs.
The platform is also adding cashless payments integrated into online shopping using Pay-by-Bank powered by Plaid, which will integrate into Dutchie's e-commerce, kiosk, and mobile app. At the same time, Dutchie Hub allows customers to ditch the cash with a dispensary branded, in-store checkout experience that includes customized upsells for boosting cart sizes and budtender tips.
Dutchie 2.0 automates critical tasks like inventory management, order fulfillment, and compliance reporting. This frees up staff time to focus on providing customer service. With Dutchie 2.0, dispensaries can optimize their workflows, reduce errors, and improve overall productivity. New integrations like Metric Retail ID and LucidID complement our many integrations with partners like AlpineIQ, SpringBig, and more than 100 others.
