Multi-state cannabis operator Body and Mind said it has completed the sale of its cultivation and production operations in Nevada.
In January, the company announced plans to sell its subsidiary, Nevada Medical Group, for $2 million.
The Nevada deal marks the latest in a string of divestitures for the company. In 2023, Body and Mind sold its Michigan dispensary and exited the market entirely. Earlier this year, it announced a deal to sell its dispensary in Long Beach, California for $856,250 in cash.
