A metal band is reissuing one of its albums on vinyl with real cannabis leaves pressed into it.
Sleep this week announced the “Weedian High-Fi” pressing of its landmark stoner metal album “Dopesmoker.”
Third Man Records partnered with Doghouse Farms Premium Cannabis on the cloudy green pressing.
The company said that since the record contains real cannabis, it will only be available for in-person purchases.
The new reissue of “Dopesmoker,” which will include a bonus track, will also be available on black vinyl.
Doghouse Farms, founded in 2015, is a West Coast-based cultivator of cannabis and exclusive premium genetics.
It currently operates in Salem, Oregon; Vancouver, Washington; and Detroit, Michigan, with plans to expand into Florida during 2023.
