Missouri has reversed part of a massive cannabis product recall it issued earlier this year.
The Missouri Independent spotted a notice stating that 15,000 affected products had been cleared for return to dispensaries in the state.
The state’s Division of Cannabis Regulation said after review it determined some of the recalled products had been made with cannabis grown in Missouri.
However, that still leaves the fate of about 45,000 cannabis products up in the air.
In August, Missouri recalled a recall impacting more than 60,000 products made by Delta Extraction.
Delta has petitioned the state to rescind the decision to suspend its license and to fully reverse the recall.
Rachael Herndon, chief operating officer of Delta Extraction, said the situation has left Missouri cannabis operators in a state of fear and frustration.
