RollPros came to MJBizCon 2024 in Las Vegas with Blackbird 2.0, an upgraded version of the company's automatic joint rolling machine that is now faster and easier to use.
According to Kyle Loucks, founder of RollPros, his staff operates with the mentality that their work is never done, and there is always room for improvement. The company has some 165 machines currently operating in the U.S. and Canada with a fleet production average of 900 joints per hour -- though the machine is capable of about 1,400 per hour.
Loucks emphasizes that his machine is all about quality, providing a completely different technology that can run fresh sticky flower. When he first designed Blackbird, speed was secondary, but now he's dialing in the design, gaining every microsecond he can find.
The company also launched more consumable options, such as different colored papers for Valentine's Day and even options to roll "It's a Boy/Girl" celebration joints.
