Nick Ave is the general manager of Zamnesia, an online retailer based in the Netherlands that sells a wide variety of products, from cannabis seeds, dried plants and herbs, to vaporizers, magic truffles, and mushroom grow kits.
Founded in 2012, the company moved into the U.S. market in February 2024 and has its sights set on further expansion. Ave has been encouraged as new U.S. and European markets have opened up, and he hopes it helps more people start seeing cannabis as a positive substance from nature.
The company is particularly adept at building a community of customers. Ave says Zamnesia leans on great service, quality control, rigorous testing and market research to provide the products consumers are looking for, and turning each into a brand ambassador.
Ave is also bullish on psychedelics, and hopes they become the next big thing in the U.S. market and abroad.
