Michigan's Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) today announced that it is no longer requiring immature plants to be pre-ordered from approved cannabis cultivators before transferring immature plants to a retailer.

In turn, retailers no longer have to keep proof that immature plants on site were preordered. However, retailers must still keep a plan for maintenance and destruction of plants during the seven-day period during which they are in inventory.

Information on the immature plant sales approval process is available here.
