Flora Arbor, a licensed craft grow in Elgin, Illinois, announced an exclusive licensing and distribution agreement with Napalm, a cannabis brand founded by hip-hop artist, actor, and entertainer Xzibit. Together, Flora Arbor and Napalm will deliver products to the Illinois cannabis market.
