Michigan's Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) issued a recall bulletin for 5,765 vape carts produced by Exclusive Brands located in Ann Arbor. In its investigation, the CRA discovered through subsequent testing the vapes contained Medium Chain Triglyceride (MCT) oil.

Consumers who purchased Kushy Punch-Vapes (Pineapple Jealousy) produced by Exclusive Brands and sold between January 23, 2025 and May 12, 2025 should check the recall bulletin to determine if the product is subject to recall.

This is the second time in the past two weeks that Michigan has recalled cannabis products that contain MCT, a type of fat often found in coconut or palm oil.

Earlier this month, Sky Cannabis conducted a voluntary recall of vapes offered for sale in Michigan under the brands Motor City Cannacarts and RIPZ. It warned that the products should not be consumed.
