California's Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) today issued a consumer advisory due to the presence of Aspergillus sp. in Grizzly Peak Premium Indoor Flower products.

The mandatory recall impacts five flower products sold at 30 different dispensaries across the state since October 6, 2023.

The recall applies to Grizzly Peak Citrus Boost (3.5-g and 14-g jars packaged on October 11, 2023), Grizzly Peak RS11 (3.5-g jars packaged on October 6, 2023) and Grizzly Peak Zoap (3.5-g jars packaged on October 16, 2023)

In December, the DCC recalled Grizzly Peak Zoap due to the presence of chlorfenapyr, a pesticide.

Consumers should check the package for the UID and batch numbers provided by the DCC. If the numbers match, consumers should throw the product away or return it to the retailer for proper disposal. Contact your physician immediately if you are experiencing symptoms or any adverse reactions.
