Talaria Transportation, a cannabis logistics provider, has agreed to acquire Eagle Eyes Transportation, a Massachusetts-based company.
The deal extends Talaria's operations—previously spanning New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, Utah, Ohio and Missouri—into Massachusetts, where it will now serve more than 300 retailers and nearly 300 wholesale cannabis businesses.
By integrating Eagle Eyes' operations, Talaria aims to bring its logistics, compliance expertise, and secure transportation services to Massachusetts.
"Our industry-leading secure transport services will strengthen service opportunities for cannabis businesses across the state," said Ari Raptis, CEO of Talaria Transportation. "We're proud of our perfect record and excited to bring that reliability to this dynamic market."
"Massachusetts is one of the most exciting cannabis markets in the country," said Joe Wentzell, Talaria's VP of Revenue. "Our goal is to deliver best-in-class transportation solutions that ensure secure, compliant, and efficient product distribution for operators here."
Talaria's expansion comes as the cannabis industry continues to grow nationwide, with Massachusetts standing out as a leader due to its well-established legal market. The acquisition of Eagle Eyes Transportation enhances Talaria's geographic footprint and solidifies its reputation as a trusted provider of transportation and wholesale distribution services.
