The Department of Consumer Protection is providing the following preliminary data related to the first full week of adult-use cannabis sales.
The data does not include taxes collected at the point of sale and is subject to further review by the department.
The Department of Consumer Protection is the regulatory agency for the adult-use cannabis industry. DCP does not make revenue projections or set sales expectations.
Cannabis was approved for adult-use in June 2021. Adult-use sales began Jan. 10, 2023 at licensed retailers.
