Colorado's Department of Revenue (DOR) and Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) today issued a health and safety advisory after finding potentially unsafe levels of total yeast and mold and aspergillus on cannabis flower (bud/shake/trim) produced by Green Street.
Through an investigation, DOR found harvest batches produced by Green Street that initially passed contaminant testing, but subsequently failed retesting. The contaminated batches and listed below were sold to patients or consumers (locations also listed below) between November 18, 2022 and February 21, 2023.
Consumers with the products should destroy them or return them to the dispensary for proper disposal.
If consumers experience adverse health effects from consuming the marijuana flower, they should seek medical attention immediately and report the event to the Marijuana Enforcement Division.
Consumers should check their labels for the following license numbers and batch numbers:
- Medical Marijuana Cultivation Facility: 403-01933
- Retail Marijuana Cultivation Facility: 403R-01199

Update: The Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) recently issued a corrected Health and Safety Advisory. The previous advisory said Green Street was doing business as The Chronic Boutique. MED has amended the advisory since Green Street's dba is registered with two of the store licenses that sold the contaminated cannabis but is not associated with the cultivation licenses that produced the marijuana at issue. The new advisory did not name the two store licenses.
