Ivy Hall, Illinois' first Social Equity dispensary chain, is taking Pi Day to the next level with an unforgettable collaboration with Paulie Gee's, the acclaimed multi-state pizza chain. Together, they're crafting the world's largest infused pizza—a colossal 64-inch by 32-inch masterpiece producing 50 perfectly baked slices. Made fresh at Paulie Gee's Logan Square in Chicago, this one-of-a-kind creation lets customers choose from infused toppings like Mike's Hot Honey, Balsamic glaze, and more for an unforgettable flavor experience.
"It's not every day that you get to say that you've just broken a record, but Ivy Hall is always looking to push boundaries," said Jonny Boucher, Director of Marketing for Ivy Hall. "Cannabis and pizza are a perfect pairing to bring people together and build community through shared experiences. I'm thrilled to have worked with my incredible friends and the talented crew at Paulie Gee's to bring this experience to fruition and create the world's largest infused pizza. I can't wait to grab a slice and enjoy Pi Day the right way."
"Building the world's largest infused pizza has been a labor of love and I'm happy to have had the opportunity to achieve such a feat with my team at Paulie Gee's Logan Square and Ivy Hall," said Derrick Tung, owner of Paulie Gee's Logan Square. "There are few words more appetizing than infused pizza, so I invite our customers over 21 to make their way down to Ivy Hall Logan Square to grab a slice on Pi Day."
Paulie Gee's and Ivy Hall will welcome pizza enthusiasts and cannabis connoisseurs to celebrate Pi Day with an infused slice beginning at "High Noon" - 12 p.m. on March 14 at Ivy Hall Logan Square, 3115 W Armitage Ave, Chicago, IL 60647. Patients and adult-use customers are encouraged to indulge in a slice, topped with infused Mike's Hot Honey, or Balsamic glaze at the consumption tent on-site.
This record-breaking pizza wouldn't be possible without the contributions of Reno Metalware, the renowned pan maker known for its durable, high-quality baking tools, which crafted the custom 64 X 32 inch pizza pan, and Ezzo, the legendary pepperoni producer.
Ivy Hall's partnership with Paulie Gee's reaffirms the dispensary chain's mission to provide best-in-class products that enhance wellness and memorable cannabis experiences. The market for edibles and infused foods has grown to $12.3 billion in 2024, and is forecast to reach approximately $54 billion by 2034. As the demand for inventive and high-quality edibles and infused food increases, Ivy Hall will continue to explore new avenues that appeal to the patients and adult-use consumers of Illinois.
