Robert O'Neill, the former Navy SEAL who claims to have fired the shots that killed Osama bin Laden, has launched a cannabis brand called Operator Canna Co.

The company said its mission is to "help veterans and others find healthier alternatives to harmful substances like alcohol and opiates. By offering premium, hand-crafted cannabis, we aim to provide a path to recovery and well-being, while empowering those who have served and sacrificed for our freedoms."

The microbusiness, based in New York, offers flower -- branded as Healer Indica, Warrior Sativa and Shooter Hybrid -- along with pre-rolls and merchandise. The company said it has secured distribution with several licensed dispensaries across the state.
