A major cannabis cultivator in Oklahoma can get back to growing after having a suspension on its licenses lifted.

Fox 25 said an administrative law judge for the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) this week removed an emergency order from February that had shut down Cedric Gardens.

The OMMA suspension and embargo order from February 23 was based on the discovery of untagged medical marijuana products. The agency alleged that 348 containers holding approximately 1,923 pounds of flower and 5,742 pounds of shake were "untagged" and "unreconcilable."

But Cedric Gardens challenged the claims and the court eventually sided with the company. Dana Kurtz, a lawyer representing the company, told the station that her firm proved Cedric Garden's posed no public safety threat.

“We also established that all of the product was completely reconcilable in Metrc, which OMMA did not even bother to check before suspending the license without any evidence," she said.
