Cannabis vape brand Bloom announced it has earned ECCO Certification in California.
Founded last year, the Environmental & Consumer Compliance Organization (ECCO) is a nonprofit, voluntary brand certification for California cannabis products. It randomly tests its member brand’s products monthly for more than 100 contaminants to ensure adherence and compliance to the safety and quality standards. That includes pesticides, heavy metals, solvents, and microbiological impurities. This is all done through ongoing third-party lab testing.
"By achieving ECCO Certification, Bloom reaffirms our commitment to delivering high-quality products for our customers. This certification ensures that consumers have transparent, verified information about what’s in their vapes—tested beyond standard regulatory requirements,” said Thomas Brinly, VP of operations and supply chain at Bloom. “We encourage other brands to join us in raising the bar for product integrity and consistency across the cannabis industry."
