Noble Labs, a Mississippi-based licensed medical cannabis processor and manufacturer, is expanding its mobile THC beverage manufacturing services, offering licensed cannabis operators a turnkey solution to develop and produce their own infused beverages without building or maintaining an in-house production line.

Noble Labs' service brings specialized equipment and a production team directly to licensed cannabis facilities, handling everything from THC nanoemulsion and custom formulation to flavor development, carbonation and canning.

"THC beverages have introduced an entirely new audience to cannabis, but many licensed operators haven't had the equipment, resources or expertise to manufacture them themselves," said Jeff Schmidtke, managing partner of Noble Labs, in a statement. "We're making it easier for operators to enter the category without taking on the significant expense and complexity of building their own production line, particularly as the market prepares for major regulatory changes."

Unlike traditional mobile canning services, which require manufacturers to prepare beverages before packaging, Noble Labs' mobile system handles the entire production process on-site. Originally developed to manufacture the company's own THC beverages in Mississippi, the compact equipment can be transported to partner facilities, where operators generally need only provide water, electricity, THC distillate and appropriate licensed production space.

The service offers:

  • End-to-end production: On-site nanoemulsion manufacturing, custom formulation, flavor development, carbonation and canning.
  • Flexible capacity: Production ranging from 7,200 to 24,000 cans per day, with formats ranging from 100 mL to 19.2 ounces.
  • Custom beverage development: Sparkling and still beverages, including seltzers, teas and lemonades, with inline nitrogen dosing capabilities.
  • Private-label flexibility: Operators can develop beverages under their own brands and distribute products through their existing licensed channels.

As a licensed Mississippi medical cannabis processor, Noble Labs manufactures concentrates, vapes, topicals and THC-infused beverages. The company has already demonstrated its mobile manufacturing model through on-site production in Louisiana and is exploring additional partnerships in regulated cannabis markets.

One of those partners, Louisiana-based Ilera Holistic Healthcare, launched its THC beverage line as soon as its cans arrived. By using Noble Labs' turnkey manufacturing services, the company avoided hundreds of thousands of dollars in upfront infrastructure costs and began generating revenue immediately.

"We're a cannabis manufacturer first, and that experience matters," Schmidtke said. "Our partners can focus on building their brands and serving their customers while we handle the production. We see tremendous opportunity to help more licensed operators participate in the growing THC beverage category."
