3WIN Corp., a distributor of CCELL vape hardware and technology solutions provider to the cannabis industry, today announced it has acquired Alchemist Filling Machines, an Arizona manufacturer of patent-protected filling equipment.
Alchemist Filling Machines will operate alongside 3WIN's existing portfolio of cannabis solutions, including distribution, logistics, warehousing, stateside branding and customization, custom device development, packaging, innovation for psychedelic medicine, and global cannabis cultivation and genetics.
As part of the transaction, Anthony Hamilton, founder of Alchemist Filling Machines, will join 3WIN to support the integration and growth of the business.

"This acquisition accelerated our ability to deliver end-to-end hardware and production solutions to cannabis brands while deepening our partner relationships."
