Cannabis Company Loses Licenses Over Unpaid Fees

But the company will still be able to sell products from its recreational dispensary.

Harmony Foundation, a cannabis company based in New Jersey, has had its licenses revoked due to unpaid fees.

According to NJBiz, the state’s Cannabis Regulatory Commission took away the company’s cultivation and manufacturing licenses.

The state said Harmony still owes $700,000 for those licenses.

Harmony received its licenses late last year and paid $100,000 for its retail license.

That means the company will still be able to sell products from its recreational dispensary, which is the only dispensary operating in Hudson County.

However, Harmony will have to purchase its products from other suppliers in New Jersey.
