Curio Wellness, a vertically integrated cannabis company, today announced the launch of its cultivation operations and flower products now available in Missouri. Curio's launch portfolio features exclusive flower & pre-roll products including Cheddar Cheeze, Lemon Fresh, and the release of Curio favorite, Blissful Wizard.
Curio said it employs pharmaceutical-grade technology and patent-pending infusion methods to craft terpene chews, vapes, tinctures, tablets, and topicals. With the launch of cultivation, Curio's infused-product capacity is further enhanced.
"The Missouri market presents a tremendous opportunity for Curio, not just in terms of growth but in our ability to raise the standard for manufacturing and cultivation quality on a state-wide level," said Curio CEO Michael Bronfein. "As we look ahead to 2025, we are focused on expanding our brand availability and deepening our partnerships and consumer relationships. Our continued focus on research, development, and consumer-driven solutions will ensure that Curio remains at the forefront of the cannabis industry here and beyond."
Last year, the company began manufacturing and distribution in the state with a new facility located in Maryland Heights. The 130,000-square-foot facility is a hub for science-backed production and has created approximately 150 jobs in the greater St. Louis area. Curio Wellness entered Missouri as one of the only manufacturers operating in the state under cGMP certification.
The introduction of Curio's cultivation products follows closely after the first anniversary of Curio Wellness' first Far & Dotter franchise opening in Mississippi, as a part of its inclusive franchising model. Most recently, Curio announced a strategic partnership with Ascend Wellness Holdings, where Ascend will manufacture and distribute Curio products in Illinois, New Jersey, and Massachusetts and Curio will manufacture and distribute [AWH] products in Maryland.
