Canapa by Paxiom is proud to announce that its JuanaRoll and JuanaOne has been awarded the NTEP Certificate of Conformance from the National Conference on Weights and Measures as an Automatic Weighing System.
JuanaRoll: certificate number 23-022
JuanaOne: certificate number 23-018
Manufactured by Weighpack Systems Inc., the JuanaRoll and JuanaOne automatic pre-roll machines use the highest quality German made electro-magnetic force restoration (EMFR) weigh cell technology with OIML certification and engineered to accurately weigh and dispense milled cannabis accurate to a hundredth of a gram. The JuanaRoll also compacts, tamps, trims and can produce a crown at rates of up to 4,000 finished joints per hour – the fastest in the world.
NCWM issued this prestigious certificate within Accuracy Class II, used for laboratory weighing of products ranging from cannabis to precious metals. At the request of the Department of Agriculture, the JuanaRoll and JuanaOne also include a Category 3 Event Logger to ensure that all calibrations are logged and tagged to a specific operator or inspector.
“As an industry pioneer, we take quality very seriously and believe in the NTEP certification process in order to ensure our customers receive the most highly tested, vetted and performing automatic pre-roll machine in the world. We respect state law and the responsibility of the Department of Agriculture to ensure licensed producers are compliant” says Paxiom vice president, Nicholas Taraborelli.
Canapa by Paxiom has also received NTEP certification for its Pre-Cheq weight analyzer and its PrimoCombi multi-head weigher, making it the first company in the world to have its entire cannabis portfolio of products certified by NCWM.
