PreRoll-Er Upgrades Have Pre-Roll Reject Rate Down to 0.1%

The company also debuted a new way to automatically coat any size pre-rolls with kief, diamonds, or any powder.

At MJBizCon 2025, PreRoll-Er President and CEO Harold Bouchard was showcasing new equipment and some major upgrades.

For example, the New Coat-Er was designed to automatically coat any size pre-rolls with kief, diamonds, or any powder. The joint coater has an extremely accurate spraying system and can be integrated with the company's PR-200 automated pre-roll machine for seamless operations.

The Coat-Er uses a self-contained subzero tumbler to chill the kief, diamonds, etc., down to 0°F, making it less sticky, and easier to handle and clean.

Bouchard also announced major upgrades to its PR-200, now in its sixth iteration. The updates make the PR-200 more intelligent, including the ability to self-adjust, like changing joint density in real time.

Bouchard also demonstrated the company's Production Optimizer, new software that provides real time process improvements and performance indicators, like how to increase uptime and production rate.

With the latest rollout, the PR-200 now has a pre-roll reject rate as low as 0.1%.
