New York Recalls Cannabis Gummies Due to Improper Testing

The OCM stressed that the recall is only a precautionary measure.

New York state regulators have issued a recall on cannabis gummies that did not receive proper testing.

The Office of Cannabis Management is recalling "Jenny’s Zee Zee Gummies 2:1 THC/CBN," batch number ZZ-23--07-13-0001. The affected products were sold between September 4 and November 1, 2023.

The OCM stressed that the recall is only a precautionary measure and said it has not received any reports of adverse effects caused by consumption of this product.
