The glut of cannabis products has led consumers to look for "fresh and exciting" new options. Ian Krass, media director for Chicago-based MSO Aeriz (pronounced a-rise), says consumers are looking for products that make them feel like they were made for them and not the best profit margin.
Aeriz recently debuted a new line of truffles made with triple-filtered full spectrum hash oil. While Krass admits that weed chocolates aren't exactly a new idea, the way the company makes them, and the level of quality they achieve, is revolutionary.
Aeriz is an aeroponic cultivator. Krass says the method is a differentiator because the plants typically have zero residual nutrients, no contamination, and the company can grow consistent products, which permeates its entire product lineup.
Krass says consumers are looking for authenticity and aeroponic cultivation has empowered Aeriz to create an authentic, consistent product ever since the company started growing as a medical operator in Illinois. He says Aeriz, which now serves recreational markets in California, Arizona and Illinois, maintains the same quality medical patients expected in Illinois, throughout every product the company offers.
