Terra Vera announced a strategic partnership with Cultivation Structures (dba CSE Grow) to further expand its servicing of the cannabis industry with Terra Vera’s proprietary crop management chemistry. Cultivation Structures, which provides turn-key greenhouse and indoor cultivation solutions, will spearhead Terra Vera’s work with environment-controlled agriculture and high-value crop growers, including marketing and sales functions.

Cultivation Structures has already made a name for itself in the market as the premier designer, builder and supplier of turnkey greenhouse and indoor solutions for growers in the controlled environment agriculture space. Providing construction and equipment to growers in all 50 states, the company consults on facility design and best practices to optimize revenue potential. Recognizing the synergy between the two companies paralleled with the increasing interest in pesticide-free crop solutions, Cultivation Structures is proud to offer Terra Vera as one of its recommended solutions to integrate into their client's facilities.

The relationship between the two agriculture specialists runs deep, as Cultivation Structures Chief Operating Officer Darrin Potter joined Terra Vera in 2022 as their Director of Market Development. Potter is a biologist and cultivation expert with over 20 years of experience in the field. He has worked as the Head of Cultivation, Vice President of Production and Vice President of Operations for agriculture companies throughout the U.S. and has been awarded numerous accolades for cultivation expertise and consultation in the high-value crop industry.

“Forming this partnership between Cultivation Structures and Terra Vera marks a full circle moment and is a natural fit,” said Potter, a plant biologist and cultivation expert with more than two decades of experience. “Combining Terra Vera’s revolutionary technology that minimizes crop loss and maximizes yield – economically and sustainably – with Cultivation Structures' robust, full-service operations will enable us to reach more cultivators with our safe, all-natural chemistry to grow clean cannabis.”

Terra Vera first introduced its proven platform technology in 2020, offering cannabis companies a safe, effective, and sustainable approach to rid crops of pathogens while preserving the quality and yield of their products. Their chemistry is a compliant alternative that is non-toxic for people and the environment. The technology mimics mammals’ natural biological process for fighting infections by converting organic, inert compounds into a broad-spectrum antimicrobial solution that is safe on live tissue yet effective at inactivating pathogens, including viruses, bacteria, and fungi.

Terra Vera’s chemistry is currently utilized by growers in more than a dozen states around the country, and they have since expanded their work beyond the cannabis industry to include ornamentals, wine grapes, coffee, strawberries, blueberries, and bee colonies.

“Our first clients were in cannabis, and we’re proud to continue to be able to share our solutions for non-toxic, sustainable crop management and production with this industry,” said Terra Vera CEO and Co-Founder Carlos Perea. “Our partnership with Cultivation Structures will allow us to work in cannabis even more effectively while continuing to expand our offerings to a multitude of agricultural sectors.”
