Willow Debuts Halo Pro to Infuse Distillate, Terpenes Onto Biomass

The machine provides an economical, automated, and safe way for cultivators and operators to infuse product.

Willow Industries recently released the Halo Pro, a new machine that infuses distillate and terpenes onto biomass.

At MJBizCon 2025, Jill Ellsworth, founder and CEO of Willow, said infused pre-rolls are the top product category in cannabis right now. She believes the Halo Pro provides an economical, automated, and safe way for cultivators and operators to infuse product.

Terpenes and/or distillate are placed in a canister at the top of the Halo Pro. The canister is heated to a predetermined temperature and then atomized into a drum as it tumbles anything from ground to whole flower.

Ellsworth said the new Halo Pro is easy to use and sold out of its first production run in a couple of weeks. More machines will be available by the end of 2025/early 2026.

Willow's WillowPure decontamination system is now EU-GMP certified, and the technology is now in five countries. Ellsworth said the hottest territory is Europe, adding that Canada has finally started to embrace ozone decontamination and move away from irradiation.
